I am not one to spend lots of time on social media. But when I do, I like to have quality content to consume. I will share with you some influencers I have found on social media that have helped me or positively influenced me on my journey to understanding Autism and in life.

Kylie is a dietitian diagnosed with ADHD who focuses on easy yet healthy meals. As opposed to other dietitians, she does not restrict her diet or tells you to stop eating certain foods. She focuses on what you can add to a dish to make it healthier.
Kylie mainly creates Asian inspired dishes and uses ingredients that might not be considered safe for many. However, her ideas and simplicity in the kitchen are worth the watch.
Crowded Kitchen

Crowded Kitchen creates many imaginative and delicious looking dishes. They also make homemade versions of restaurant’s dishes.

Taylor is an autistic influencer on YouTube. Like, she was diagnosed on her early thirties.
She has focused on creating a community of neurodivergent people and creating resources to support them. Her videos cover all aspects of adult life on the ASD spectrum.

Jimmy on Relationships

After cheating on his wife and almost losing his marriage, Jimmy started going to therapy and learning about how to create and maintain healthy relationships. Now, he is sharing with the world what he has learned.
Jimmy’s video are mainly directed at cis/het men. But his teachings can be applied to any relationship, including friendships.
